Did another 24 hr session yesterday until dinner time today. I pulled into the carp park to find 7 cars there which suprised me and also worried me, the lake is only about 3 acres and so a walk round was in order, all the anglers were feeder fishing for the bream and there was 2 swims free so I got back to the car and loaded the barrow. Humping it round the lake and 1 of the guys is packing, it's a swim I had fished before so decide to jump in there Both rods baited with CH Sweetcorn and out to their spots, I pult around 100 baits over 1 and put about 5 spods of sweet corn plus a few freebies over the other. Set up the house etc and sit back to top up the tan. Not too long a wait and I'm into a fish Coming in at 12lb 8oz a decent start to the session. About 3 hours later Chad turns up and as he's deciding where to fish I'm in again and this comes in at 17lb 4oz



Chad goes off to his swim and I get the rod back out with more freebies pulted over them. We have a brew or 2 and then it's time for some zzzzzzz's Not in the bag 15 mins and I'm in again, another common coming in at 16lb 10oz Recast and back in the back, a couple of hours later and the same rod is off again it's another common coming in at 17lb 2oz. Chad was dreaming of men in uniforms so I didn't disturb him and did a self take instead



Not in the bag too long and my other rod is off, this time the smallest of the session a mirror weighing in at 11.00lb. 4am and I'm rudely awoken by my alarm going into hyperdrive and we have another 17lb mirror on the mat, it's one I have had before called 1/2 a gob 'cos it's badly deformed so no picture. 1 more fish for me with another small mirror weighing in at 12lb 2oz.

It's one I bought from Mo's co, I prefer the cap lights now but the batteries had gone on it, so used this.

Just done another overnighter, to cut a long story short I had 2 fish,

this at 17lb 10oz

and then about 8am this morning I had a 10lb 4oz mirror
